How did I get here?
My passion for acting began in my teens, playing leading and lead roles in high school and college productions, and doing backstage work.
During the collegiate journey, I discovered a knack for business and economics, and a passion for being successful in business.
I played out the latter passion successfully!
About Me
Renewed Passion
Leaving behind the corporate world and entering the acting world is like taking a breath of fresh spring air! Throughout life we are all performers, accepting roles as spouses, parents, co-workers, bosses, clients, etc. In these roles, we experience a wide range of situations and emotions.
Leveraging these experiences to breathe life into a role is a gift. I'm not perfect, but as a life long learner, I keep getting better.
As an accomplished business professional leading discussions, and presenting complex issues to individuals, and groups ranging in size from 10 to over 1,000, I don't get stage fright!
Commitment
I invested about 18 months in professional training and entered the 2024 Los Angeles IMTA event. There, I won the men's "On Camera Host" competition and received a medal in two other acting competitions. During the latter years of corporate work, I was partially engaged, but not fully committed.
Now retired from business, I am committed, actively involved in local acting classes and thoroughly enjoying this journey.
Key Interests
My interests are focused on screen acting, and working with more experienced professionals as a supporting actor. I am a quick study, have an active imagination, and easily immersed in the right role.

Being involved in the financial services industry for 30 +years has led to many speaking engagements for corporate and public events, and Master of Ceremonies for a number of charitable events, and lots of one-on-one work with many interesting personalities.
The many common skill sets between acting and business dealings with clients, competitors, employees, and vendors. In many cases these interactions are like working with scene partners on set.
